Join ZOONOSES artist Dr Nicola Hooper for this immersive polyester plate lithography workshop. Through drawing and lithography, Nicola uses fairy-tale iconology and rhymes to explore concepts surrounding zoonoses (animal diseases that can infect humans).
In this workshop, participants will draw an image onto a polyester plate before transferring it to paper. This 3-hour printmaking workshop aims to introduce new skills and extend creative thinking and participants will create their own take home piece with guidance by Nicola.
This workshop is suitable for teens and adults. All tools and materials are provided and no experience is necessary.
When: Saturday 1 March, 12.00pm - 3.00pm
Cost: $25 (Gallery members), $30 (non-members)
