GELLI-PRINTING WORKSHOP

Join exhibiting artist Julie Tasker for an hour-long Gelli-printing workshop.

Never heard of Gelli-printing? Gelli-printing uses a gel plate with paint to print unique designs onto fabric and paper. Warning: this process is highly addictive and heaps of fun!

In this class you will discover the fun and rewarding art of gel printing and create number pieces on paper and fabric, even with little to no artistic experience. By experimenting with gel plates and different tools, you'll be amazed at the stunning artwork you can produce. You will be encouraged to embrace your creativity and simply have fun! At the end of the workshop, you will take home a collection of vibrant gel prints to make cards/sew projects or frame to hang in your home.

What is provided: gel plate, paint, paper, fabric, brayer, printing materials, cleaning materials

What to bring: apron and hair dryer (if you have one).
