TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Stallholders are required to have their own public liability insurance.
• Products: Please make sure that the description on your application is accurate and covers all items intended for sale. This helps us to ensure that we are maintaining the balance of products available and protecting the unique quality of products sold.
• Fees: $35 per stall. Warwick Art Gallery members are exempt from site fees.
• Site allocations are non-negotiable. Successful applicants will be assigned a site in advance.
• There are two different size sites available. Small sites are located in an undercover area and have space for up to two trestle tables. Large sites are in the open and can accommodate a quick shade (maximum size 3x3m). Applicants can nominate their site preference on the application form.
• Stallholders must supply their own tables, chairs, display fixtures, quick shades (large sites only) and table covers.
• Please make sure you attach up to three photos of your products and a photo of your market stall set-up. High quality JPEG images are preferred. Applications with no or poor quality photos will not be considered.
• By completing this form you are giving permission for photographs of stallholders, the products and stall to be used by WAG in any promotional, marketing or media material for the purpose of but not limited to publicity promoting this or future events.
