Volunteer expression of interest form

Warwick Art Gallery volunteers support the permanent staff in the following key positions. 


FRONT OF HOUSE: Our front of house volunteers welcome visitors, direct them to various gallery spaces and amenities, respond to enquiries and share information about current exhibitions. They also assist in the processing of sales in the Gallery shop, record visitor numbers and when needed, help with simple administrative tasks.


EXHIBITIONS TEAM: As part of our exhibitions team, you will assist in the installation and demount of exhibitions as well as assisting with travelling exhibition condition reporting, handling artworks and packing crates. Each year we see exciting opportunities for volunteer to get involved with touring exhibitions from state and national galleries.


EVENTS TEAM: As a member of our events team, you will assist in the delivery of public programs and events such as exhibition openings, artist talks and community engagement projects. Joining our events team is a great way to experience our programs, exhibition and events first-hand.


Gallery staff will contact you for an interview when we receive your application.

 

Gallery staff provides induction and ongoing training for volunteers.
